Hourly rates combined with fee estimates

The simplest arrangement - pay as you go and get what you want and need, with the comfort of having had a realistic fee-estimate before committing so as to avoid uncertainty on costs.  Wingrove Law's charge out rates are in line with or close to official Guideline Hourly Rates figures for Yorkshire, which are a lot lower than for solicitors with comparable experience from London or other large cities and highly competitive among senior solicitors with key sector expertise.

Funding agreements and Legal Expenses Insurance

Wingrove Law can advise you on funding arrangements such as no-win no-fee, discounted fee agreements and Legal Expenses Insurance to ensure you are able to pursue your matter in the most affordable, cost-effective way.

Fixed costs

Where fixed costs may apply to your matter, Wingrove Law will advise you as necessary so you can make suitably informed decisions about how best to proceed.
